What is the Housecall Pro Blue Chat Bubble?

The Housecall Pro Blue Chat Bubble (or BCB for short) is a live chat feature that’s available in the web app and mobile app. Pros can use the live chat to get support, report bugs, make feature requests, and more. To view the Blue Chat Bubble on the mobile app, tap on “More > Help and Support”.

What is a Superpro?

Housecall Pro Superpros are home service companies that are reviewed and approved by the Housecall Pro team. Pros who become Superpros get access to priority chat support, early access to new features, exclusive merchandise, and other additional perks.

If you use Housecall Pro for your field service management, the Superpro community is a great place to be.

Is there a way to send a mass email to my customers through Housecall Pro?

Housecall Pro’s marketing emails are considered “transactional” emails, which have fewer spam requirements. In order to keep their email sending from getting blocked by spam filters, Housecall Pro only sends these transactional emails. To send a mass email to your email list, you’ll need to use the Housecall Pro + Mailchimp integration.

Is there a Housecall Pro iPad app?

You can use Housecall Pro on the iPad two different ways: by downloading the Housecall Pro app, or logging in to the web version from your Internet browser. There is no iPad-specific version of the app, but the iPhone version works when installed on the iPad through the App Store.

Where can I see Housecall Pro product roadmap?

The Housecall Pro product roadmap is available online. You can view shipped and upcoming features, vote on your favorite features, and leave feedback for the Product team.

How do I request a feature or vote for a feature idea?

Can I connect Housecall Pro and Quickbooks Desktop?

Yes, Housecall Pro integrates with both Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop. Following high demand for the integration, Housecall Pro released a Quickbooks Desktop integration in August 2020.

Does Housecall Pro send read receipts for invoices?

Yes, you can access these through the Activity Feed.

Can I share a direct link to Housecall Pro Online Booking for a specific service?

Not at this time.

Can I search Housecall Pro by invoice number?

Yes! Go to Dashboard > Jobs and use the search box in the top right corner. You can also search by address, phone number, name, customer notes, tags… try it!

This feature is only available on the web app.

How do I get Housecall Pro swag?

Housecall Pro sends swag and branded merchandise to Superpro members. To become a Superpro, fill out the application.
